Add a foot controller to adjust things like feedback in the delay algorithm, and you can do some absolutely crazy stuff. even the smoothest reverb tail is not much of use if it doesn´t fit into the mix. The Eventide Eclipse is more like a full blown instrument.It has several killer reverbs, but the magic really unlocks when one of its crazy delay based effects gets fed into a reverb, like reverse crystals into Reverb 8.
